Vivian Fusillo Mainstage Theatre in the Robert A. DuFresne Performing Arts Center on the campus of Winona State University

Shakespearean Youth Theatre’s production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream will be performed by this young ensemble from the Twin Cities.

Shakespearean Youth Theatre’s mission is to inspire, empower and challenge young people to engage with great works and create groundbreaking art. The ensemble will be in Winona to train with GRSF teaching artists and will present their work alongside GRSF’s youth ensembles. To learn more about Shakespearean Youth Theatre, visit their website at https://www.sytmn.org/

This collaboration with Shakespearean Youth Theatre is part of GRSF’s annual Education Weekend, where other young Shakespeare enthusiasts are invited to the festival to train alongside the students in our summer youth programs and meet the professionals in our company. The weekend culminates in a Young Artist Showcase, where the students of our Shakespeare for Young Actors, Designers, and Filmmakers will show off the fruits of their labor.
